What this register is for
This register gives readers one place to inspect the source backbone of the archive. It identifies what kind of document is being cited, who issued it, where it is used, and whether any redaction or manual review note still matters.
It should be read alongside the claim ledger and case files. The register lists source objects. The claim ledger shows how those source objects support particular published claims.
What this register does not claim
The presence of a document here does not mean that every factual or constitutional conclusion linked to that document has been adjudicated by a court or accepted by an authority. It means the document is part of the published research record and should be open to inspection.
