DISHA Claim-to-Source System
A premium DISHA archive needs every important claim tied to a source status. This page defines the working labels for future public records and corrections.
Claim labels
- Verified record: a document, image, filing or public source that can be inspected directly.
- Documented allegation: a claim made in a petition, grievance, complaint or authored report, without treating it as adjudicated fact.
- DISHA assessment: the author's analysis based on linked records.
- Unresolved question: a gap where the archive needs reply, disclosure or further verification.
- Public commentary: opinion, interpretation or narrative context.
Source register
The current register begins in EVIDENCE-INVENTORY.md. The next product step is a public table that maps claim, source, authority, date, page number, status and correction history.
Correction rule
When a source is corrected, superseded or withdrawn, the page should keep the history visible and state what changed. The archive becomes stronger when it can show its own audit trail.
